We want you to be completely happy with your 66°North purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 30 days from the date of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the process, please visit our online returns portal at 66outerwear.com. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order. Through the portal, you can select the items you wish to return or exchange and choose your preferred resolution.

Once your return request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions and a return shipping label.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Exchanges

Processing Time

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once we receive it at our warehouse. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately via the returns portal at 66outerwear.com. We will gladly cover the cost of return shipping and expedite the replacement or refund process for you.

All items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
